What are sex dreams?
According to medical science – sex dream, wet dream,
sexual dreams, nightfall, all are known as a nocturnal emission in case of male.
When a boy or teenager reaches adolescence many natural
changes take place in the body. One of the primary changes are the growth of sex orgasm and hormone changes
in the body. As a result of hormone changes in the body a young boy starts to
feel sexually and dreams of sex.
Sex dreams or wet dreams are when a person orgasm involuntarily while in sleeping
because of a dream, which may or may not be erotic.
Sex dreams begin during puberty when the boy starts making more testosterone, which is a male hormone. There is no reason to feel
guilty or feel embarrassed about having sex dreams. Those are normal part and
parcel of growing up and no one can stop them from happening.
There is no age factors, most boys have sex dreams at some
point during puberty, and even sometimes as adults. Usually sex dreams happens
less as boys get older or mature.
Wet dreams are not caused by masturbation during sleep,

When do sex dreams begin?
Sex dreams
normally begin during puberty in boys between 13 to 17 years of age, or may be
less. These are the signs of puberty in males along with the change in voice,
growth in penis, facial hair. When boys attain puberty, their testes are scrotum
continue to enlarge along with penis, and the growth of pubic hair.
What causes sex dreams?
As per medical advice there is no specific cause or
reason of sex dreams in boys or adult. Wet dreams may occur due to several
causes and are usually harmless. It may normally settle down with age, and
time. But if it occurs frequently, almost daily or anytime then it can be a
cause of concern.

Sex dreams are a normal part of growing up, but not each

Can sex dreams are stopped?
There is nothing that anyone can do to control or stop
wet dreams, but once started releasing sperm by masturbation or having sex with
partner, the frequency may be lesser. Distracting the mind with a book before
bed, daily practice of Yoga and meditation may be helpful.
Do women have sex dreams?
Yes, it is not abnormal if women have nocturnal orgasm or sex dreams, wet
dreams. For women, the experience may be less wet but still intense. The sexual
dreams may lead to vaginal lubrication and orgasm. That can be happen during
adolescence and throughout adulthood. Reaching orgasm during sleep is more
common among males than females. But women should not worry if they have nocturnal
orgasm or not.
Well to Conclude – Sex dreams are completely natural occurrence for both men and women from puberty through adulthood. Don’t bother, whether everyone experience it or not, but there is certainly nothing wrong if you experience it . Instead of keep imagining about erotic, sensual activities, focus on your studies, building career, live healthy life, do yoga and other physical exercise, play out door or indoor games.
